The Mills Limited reserves the right to change the terms & conditions and the list of participating outlets in relation to the use of HK$50 Designated Shopping Coupon without prior notice. The online version of participated designated outlets shall always prevail in case of any discrepancy on the inconsistency between the online version and its printed version.
南豐紗廠有限公司保留更改有關使用HK$50指定購物優惠券之條款及細則，以及參與商戶名單之權利，而無須另行通知。參與之指定商戶名單一概以網上版為準。

現金券條款及細則:

1. 現金券只可使用一次，並須於惠顧前出示現金券；每次惠顧可以使用多於一張現金券。
2. 現金券需單次購物滿HK$100或以上方可使用。
3. 影印本恕不接受。
4. 現金券不可兌換現金、其他產品、服務或優惠，不得轉讓及不設找贖。
5. 現金券不可與其他折扣或推廣優惠同時使用。

7. 現金券需於其正本方為有效。
8. 如此券遺失或過期，南豐紗廠有限公司及指定商戶恕不負責或承擔任何補償的責任。
9. 此券有效使用期為2022年1月16日至2022年3月31日，逾期作廢。逾期、損毀、經修改或複製之購物禮券則作無效，任何損失賠償將不予考慮。
10. 所有關於惠顧之產品或服務均由指定商戶直接售賣及提供，所有有關責任及義務亦由指定商戶自行負責。
11. 南豐紗廠有限公司保留隨時暫停、更改或終止此券提供之優惠及不時修訂其條款及細則之權利，無須另行通知。如有任何爭議，南豐紗廠有限公司將有最終決定權，並對所有有關人士具約束力。
12. 本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律所管轄，並按照香港特別行政區法律詮釋。
13. 本條款及細則的中、英文文本如有歧異，概以英文本為準。

Terms and Conditions of the cash coupon:

1. The coupon can be used once only for purchase upon presentation of this coupon; More than one coupon can be used on each purchase.
2. This coupon can only be used with a purchase amount of HK$100 or above.
3. Photocopy coupon will not be accepted.
4. The coupon is not transferrable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products, services or offers, and no change will be given.
5. The coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offers.

7. The coupon is valid only on its original copy only.
8. The Mills Limited and the designated outlets bear no responsibility or liability for any compensation for loss and expiry of this coupon.
9. The coupon is only valid for use from January 16, 2022 to March 31, 2022. Expired, defaced, altered and copied coupons are invalid and any claim for loss will not be entertained.
10. All products or services in relation to the purchase are directly sold and supplied by the designated outlets, who are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
11. The Mills Limited reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate the benefit with this coupon any time and to amend the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of The Mills Limited shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
12. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
13. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between and the English and Chinese versions.
