餐飲現金券條款及細則:

1. 此券只可使用一次，並須於付款前出示現金券。
2. 於南豐紗廠之指定參與商戶消費每滿 HK$100，即可使用「HK$50 餐飲現金券」一張；消費滿 HK$200，可使用 「HK$50 餐飲現金券」兩張，如此類推；每項交易最多可使用 10 張「HK$50 餐飲現金券」。
3. 此券正本方為有效，影印本及電子本恕不接受。
4. 此券不可轉讓、兌換現金、退換或退款。
5. 此券不可與其他折扣或推廣優惠同時使用。
6. 此券只適用於南豐紗廠內之指定商戶，並受商戶所訂立之其他條款及細則約束。有關指定商戶名單，請參考官方網站https://www.themills.com.hk/the-mills-coupon-cvs2-2022/#dining。
7. 此券另受南豐紗廠第二期消費券優惠活動2022條款及細則 (https://www.themills.com.hk/event/cvs2-2022)約束。
8. 如此券遺失或過期，南豐紗廠有限公司及指定商戶恕不負責或承擔任何補償的責任。
9. 此券有效使用期至2022年12月31日，逾期作廢。逾期、損毀、經修改或複製之現金券則作無效，任何損失賠償將不予考慮。
10. 所有關於惠顧之產品或服務均由指定商戶直接售賣及提供，有關產品或服務的質素及可銷售性亦由指定商戶自行負責。
11. 南豐紗廠有限公司保留隨時暫停、更改或終止此券提供之優惠或不時修訂其條款及細則之權利，無須另行通知。如有任何爭議，南豐紗廠有限公司將有最終決定權，並對所有有關人士具約束力。
12. 本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律所管轄，並按照香港特別行政區法律詮釋。
13. 本條款及細則的中、英文文本如有歧異，概以英文本為準。

Terms and Conditions of the Dining coupon:

1. This coupon can be used once only and must be presented before payment.
2. One “HK$50 Dining Coupon” can be used upon every spending of HK$100 at the designated participating merchants at The Mills, two “HK$50 Dining Coupon” upon every spending of HK$200, and so on. Maximum 10pcs of “HK$50 Dining Coupon” can be used for each transaction.
3. This coupon is valid in its original form only. Photocopies and electronic copies will not be accepted.
4. This coupon is not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged or refunded.
5. This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offers.

8. The Mills Limited and the designated merchants bear no responsibility or liability for any compensation for loss or expiry of this coupon.
9. The coupon is only valid till December 31, 2022. Expired, defaced, altered or copied coupons are invalid and any claim for loss will not be entertained.
10. All products or services in relation to the purchase are directly sold and supplied by the designated merchants, who are solely responsible for the quality and merchantability of the products or services provided.
11. The Mills Limited reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate the use of this coupon at any time or to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of The Mills Limited shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
12. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
13. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between and the English and Chinese versions.
