The Mills invites you to unleash your imagination by creating your own version of the “Golden Cup” and your envisioned “Future Creature Friends”. Your creations may become key sources of inspiration for a brand-new large-scale mural at Pak Tin Par Lane, becoming part of a vibrant piece of community art. Selected works may also be featured on The Mills’ social media platforms, sharing your creativity with a wider audience.

By participating in the Activity, the participant confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the following terms and conditions: –

1. The Activity is organized by The Mills Limited (“The Mills”).

2. The Activity will start on 27 Oct 2025 and end on 30 Nov 2025 at 10:00 PM (HKT)(“Activity Period”).

3. Activity Location:  G/F & 1/F, The Mills

4. To participate in this Activity, participants may collect a submission form at the Activity Location and submit their creations through the submission form (“Submission”) by placing it into the designated collection box located at the Activity Location during the Activity Period.

5. Each participant warrants that he/she is (i) the sole and exclusive owner of the copyright and all other rights in his/her Submission, (ii) the Submission is his/her original work, and (iii) the Submission does not infringe the rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights) of any third parties. The participant shall be solely responsible for any and all liabilities and claims arising from a breach of this term.

6. The Mills reserves the right to disqualify any participant if, in the sole opinion of The Mills, his/her Submission infringes on the rights of any party.

7. All Submissions shall not contain any content that is potentially libelous, slanderous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, blasphemous, discriminatory, intimidating, harmful to national security, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate, or any material that may constitute any criminal or civil liability. The Mills has the right and sole discretion to disqualify any participant suspected to be in breach of this term without notice. 

8. Selected submissions may be chosen by The Mills as sources of inspiration or visual elements for a brand-new large-scale mural at Pak Tin Par Lane. Submissions may also be featured on The Mills’ social media platforms. No notice will be given to the relevant participants, even if they are selected or featured.

9. By submitting the Submission(s), the participant hereby irrevocably assigns all intellectual property rights, including copyright, to The Mills. The participant hereby waives all of his/her rights in connection with the Submission(s) and agrees that The Mills and/or its affiliated companies may use, reproduce, modify, display, or distribute the Submission(s) in any form (including but not limited to using the Submission(s) for the purposes set out in paragraph 8 above or for any commercial, promotional or marketing purpose), without any notice, compensation or attribution to the participant.

10. In no event shall The Mills and/or its affiliated companies be held liable for any loss, damage, delay or failure resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature or causes beyond their reasonable control including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, shortages of labour or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God or delays or non-performance by third parties.

11. The Mills has the right to suspend, terminate or cancel the Activity at any time without prior notice or compensation.

12. In case of any dispute relating to the Activity, The Mills has the right to make the final decision.

13.The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.

14. These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) and all relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
