About the Instructor:
Dreamonita（Cherry Leong)
She has over 20 years of experience guiding mind-body-spirit learning. She helped listeners on Commercial Radio and Metro Radio phone-in shows ease their worries. She was a guest host on “mali mali home” on RTHK 903’s mind-body-spirit programme, a columnist for Yahoo.com, and has appeared on various TV programmes.
