From 1 September 2021, CHAT presents Yee I-Lann: Until We Hug Again, the first solo exhibition in Hong Kong of the internationally acclaimed artist
Yee I-Lann from Sabah, Malaysia.

The exhibition focuses on Yee’s textile-based works and recent collaboration with weavers from inland and sea-based communities in her homeland, presenting the friendship and solidarity of people during the global COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the resilience nurtured through historical upheaval in the Southeast Asian Archipelago.
