What’s a festive season without great coffee? Jointly organised by The Mills and Biugorbiumui, the large-scale coffee market Urban Brew Summit will take place over two weekends — 5–7 December and 12–14 December.
The event will feature over 40 local and international coffee, bakery, and lifestyle brands, including Ghost Coffee from Tainan, Plot Roasting from London, Glitch and Fuglen, Japanese coffee beans curated by Hong Kong’s M3 Coffee & Zakka, and Kyoto Express Coffee, known for its premium Kyoto beans, and more. Other highlights include local roasters such as My Little Coffee, Sipper Coffee, and HOME MADE CHILL x IF Coffee, bringing together top talents from Hong Kong. Adding hands-on experiences to the mix, Ricky Chan, Hong Kong’s reigning Coffee in Good Spirits Champion, will host an Irish Coffee Tasting Workshop and appear as a special guest barista. Singer-songwriter Cath Wong will share her passion for coffee through a live pour-over demonstration, blending artistry and aroma in perfect harmony.
Visitors can also join latte art workshops by My Little Coffee or take part in KOKO Coffee Roasters: Exclusive Coffee Fest Roastery Tour to dive into the world of specialty coffee.
