1. 「過嚟紗廠開飯！」活動 (「本活動」) 之條款及細則

• 活動期間為2024年3月18日至2024年4月19日 (包括首尾兩日)，有關消費及電子餐飲現金券換領必須在活動期間的指定時間內進行。
• 印章及現金劵換領處﹕南豐紗廠地下禮賓部
• 「午餐時段」指活動期間逢星期一至五的下午12時30分至下午2時30分（公眾假期除外）。
• 換領時段為活動期間，逢星期一至五下午12時30分至晚上10時 （除因8號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號、黑色暴雨警告或因任何其他原因而導致換領處關閉的時間）。
• 本活動另受NF Touch南豐會員計劃條款及細則（見https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tc/terms-and-conditions#tnc）及其他適用條款及細則約束。
• 顧客於午餐時段於南豐紗廠指定餐飲店(「指定餐飲店」)即日淨消費滿HK$50或以上(單一交易)，可於同一日的換領時段內親自到換領處出示由指定餐飲店發出的合資格機印即日單據正本，以獲取印章一個，每集齊5個印章，即可換領HK$20南豐紗廠電子現金劵五張。消費時間以收據時間為準。指定餐飲店名單見以下名單，南豐紗廠有限公司保留權利隨時更改有關名單，恕不另行通知。
• 當計算交易淨值時，只計算收據上顯示，扣除任何折扣或禮券後的最終金額。每張收據最多只可用於獲取印章一個。
• 顧客必須為NF Touch南豐會員計劃會員，並於換領時段內親自到換領處以印有5個印章之印章卡正本，申請換領五張HK$20南豐紗廠電子現金劵。
• 電子現金劵數量有限，先到先得，換完即止。
• 所有換領必須根據南豐紗廠有限公司職員之指示完成。南豐紗廠有限公司有權要求顧客提供其身分證明文件及如顧客不合作或拒絕提供所要求的資料，南豐紗廠有限公司保留權利拒絕顧客換領獎賞。有關個人資料及複印影像只會被保存作上述用途，並會於活動結束後三個月內銷毁。顧客在提供任何個人資料之前必須細閱及同意南豐紗廠有限公司的個人資料收集聲明(見https://www.themills.com.hk/privacy-policy/)。
•  以下收據恕不接受，且並不符合換領資格﹕
• 任何增值、購買現金券/禮券/禮品卡、繳付會籍費用、繳費服務、停車場費用、訂金支付及其他類似交易的收據；
• 非即日、已損毀、污損、手寫、影印本、被退款、已作廢或已取消的收據; 或
• 已用作換領奬賞的收據。
•  顧客必須出示印章卡正本。恕不接受損毀或污損的印章卡、影印本或圖像，且不會補發印章。
• HK$20電子現金券只適用於指定參與商戶並受現金券之其他條款及細則約束。所有電子餐現金券有效日期至2024年5月17日。指定參與商戶名單及電子現金券條款及細則請參閱電子現金券內之詳情
• 所有已用作換領印章之消費單據不可要求商戶退款，除非顧客已先到換領處撤銷已換領之印章。
• 換領印章後，有關的收據將會被南豐紗廠有限公司職員蓋印，已蓋印之收據不能與其他推廣活動及優惠同時使用（南豐紗廠有限公司指明推廣活動及泊車優惠除外）。換領電子現金券後，有關的印章卡將會被南豐紗廠有限公司職員收回。
• 所有電子現金券及印章均不可轉售、不能兌換現金及/或換成其他禮品，且不可轉讓或退款。南豐紗廠有限公司及參與商戶有權取消用作轉售用途之電子現金券。
• 本活動可能因技術問題(例如機器、伺服器或網絡等問題)而有延誤、錯誤或遺漏，南豐紗廠有限公司不會對該等延誤、錯誤、遺漏及/或相關的損失及/或損壞承擔責任。
• 使用電子現金券購買的商品、食品及/或服務一概由指定參與商戶負責。南豐紗廠有限公司不會為指定參與商戶提供的商品、食品及/或服務作任何保證或承諾，更不須承擔任何責任。顧客明白購買任何的商品、食品及/或服務乃顧客與有關參與商戶之間的交易，與南豐紗廠有限公司並無合約關係。 如對商戶提供的商品、食品及/或服務有任何查詢、意見、投訴或爭議，請直接聯絡相關商戶。
•  所有圖片只供參考。
•  南豐紗廠有限公司有權隨時改動本活動架構及內容，包括活動期間、換領方法及此條款及細則，或暫停或取消本活動而毋須預先通知。任何因本活動架構及/或內容，包括其條款及細則改動及/或更新而導致的損失及/或損害，南豐紗廠有限公司概不負責。
• 換領或使用印章或電子現金券即代表顧客接受本活動的所有條款及細則 (經不時修訂)。
•  如有任何爭議，南豐紗廠有限公司保留最終決定權。
• 本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律所管轄，並按照香港特別行政區法律詮釋。所有有關各方同意接受香港特別行政區法院的專屬司法管轄權管轄。
•  本條款及細則的中、英文文本如有歧異，概以英文本為準。

Terms and conditions for “Lunch at The Mills” Activity (“Activity”)

• Activity Period is from 18 Mar to 19 Apr 2024 (both dates inclusive). The relevant transactions and any  e-Coupon redemption must take place within designated period during the Activity Period.
• Redemption Location: G/F, Concierge of The Mills
• “Lunch Period” means the period from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM every Monday to Friday during the Activity Period (Except for Public Holidays).
• The redemption period is from 12:30pm to 10pm every Monday to Friday during the Activity Period (other than the time when the Redemption Location is closed due to Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning or for any other reason).
• The Activity is also subject to the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions and other applicable terms and conditions.
• During the Lunch Period, upon same-day net spending of HK$50 or above in a single transaction at a designated F&B merchant at The Mills (“F&B Merchant”), customers can receive one stamp by personally going to the Redemption Location on the same day during the redemption period and presenting an eligible original same-day machine-printed receipt issued by the F&B Merchant. 5 stamps can be used to redeem five “HK$20 e-Coupon”. The time of transaction shall be determined based on the time printed on the receipt. Please refer to [website] for the list of F&B Merchants, the list may be varied and updated by The Mills Limited from time to time without any prior notice.
• For the purpose of calculating net spending, only the final amount shown on the receipts after deducting any discounts or vouchers will be taken into account. A maximum of only one stamp can be obtained per receipt.
• Customers must be a member of the NF Touch Membership Programme and personally go to the Redemption Location within the redemption period to apply for the redemption of HK$20 e-Coupon using their original stamped collection card(s) with 5 stamps.
• E-coupons are limited in quantity and will be given on a first come first served basis while stock lasts.
• All redemptions must be completed in accordance with the instructions of the staff of The Mills Limited. The Mills Limited reserves the right to request customers to provide their proof of identity and/or other personal data (including but not limited to their name and/or payment information) and make copies of the machine-printed receipt(s) from merchant(s) and corresponding electronic payment slip(s) or mobile payment App transaction record(s) for verification and/or internal control purposes. The Mills Limited reserves the right to refuse any redemption if the customer is uncooperative or refuses to provide the requested information. The relevant personal data and images collected are retained for the above purposes only and will be destroyed within three months upon the completion of the Activity. Before providing any personal data, customers must thoroughly read and accept the Personal Information Collection Statement of The Mills Limited (see https://www.themills.com.hk/privacy-policy/).
• The following receipts will NOT be accepted and are ineligible for redemption:
• Receipts containing any transaction for value-adding services, purchase of cash vouchers/ gift vouchers/ gift cards, membership fee payment, bill payment service, car parking services, payment of deposits and any similar transactions;
• Receipts which are not issued on the same day, damaged, defaced, handwritten, photocopies, refunded, voided or cancelled; or
• Receipts which have already been used for redemption.

• Original stamp collection cards must be presented. Damaged or defaced stamp collection cards, photocopies or images will not be accepted and will not be replaced.
• The HK$20 e-coupons can be used in designated participating merchants only and are subject to further terms and conditions. All e-coupons are valid until 17^th May, 2024. Please refer to the detail page of the e-coupon for the list of designated participating merchants and the terms and conditions of the e-coupon (the e-coupon(s) will be added to the relevant member’s wallet in the NF Touch mobile app upon successful redemption).
• Receipts that have been used for redeeming stamps are NOT eligible for refund from the merchants unless the stamps are cancelled at the redemption counter beforehand.
• The staff of The Mills Limited will stamp the relevant receipts after redemption of stamps, the stamped receipts can no longer be used for any other promotional offers (except promotions specified by The Mills Limited and parking promotion).  The relevant stamp collection cards used for the redemption of e-coupons will not be returned to the customer after redemption.
• All e-coupons and stamps are NOT FOR SALE, non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts, and cannot be transferred, or refunded. The Mills Limited and the participating merchants reserve the right to cancel any e-coupons used for sale.
• This Activity may be subject to delays, errors or omissions resulting from technical issues such as problems with machines, servers or networks, etc., The Mills Limited shall have no liability and shall not be held liable for any such delays, errors, omissions and/or any loss and/or damage in connection therewith.
• The designated participating merchant(s) are responsible for the products, food and/or services purchased with the e-coupons. The Mills Limited gives no guarantee or warranty in relation to the products, food and/or services provided by the designated participating merchant(s) and shall have no liability in any event for any loss or damage related to any aspect thereof. Customers hereby expressly acknowledge that any purchase of product, food and/or service is a transaction between the customer and the relevant participating merchant and that there is no contractual relationship between The Mills Limited and the customer in respect of the products, food and/or services. Any enquiries, suggestions, complaints or disputes relating to the products, food and/or services provided by the merchants should be directed to the relevant merchant.
• All images are for reference only.
• The Mills Limited reserves the right to modify the structure and content of this Activity, including the Activity Period, redemption method and these terms and conditions, or to suspend or cancel this Activity, at any time without prior notice. The Mills Limited will not be responsible or liable for any loss and/or damage resulting from changes to the structure and/or content of this Activity, including any alteration and/or update of the terms and conditions.
• The redemption or use of any stamps or e-coupons will be deemed to be the acceptance of all terms and conditions (as amended from time to time) of this Activity by the customer.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of The Mills Limited shall be final.
• These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. All relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
• The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between and the English and Chinese versions.
