購買南豐紗廠五周年八達通條款及細則:
1. 每位“NF Touch”會員(「會員」)可於NF Touch 手機應用程式申請購買走進南豐紗廠導賞團電子換領券,每購買一張換領券,會員可選擇加購最多一張南豐紗廠五周年八達通。每張換領券可用於換領預先選定時段之走進南豐紗廠導賞團服務(「活動」)一次和南豐紗廠五周年八達通 (「產品」)一張如會員有加購。
2. 購買換領券必須使用其中一款指定電子付款方法。Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited、其集團公司及/或其各自的代理人(統稱「南豐」)可隨時更改指定付款方法,恕不另行通知。
3. 會員付款前必須檢閱並確認所有資料,包括但不限於產品、數量、金額、時段及付款資料等(如適用)均是真實、準確和完整的。任何折扣、扣減、優惠券和禮遇均須在付款前使用。確認付款即表示會員同意訂單正確,南豐不會受理任何更改請求。會員須自行負責所有以該會員名稱購買所衍生之所有費用及責任。
4. 所有付款均由第三方支付服務供應商處理。會員同意,在確認訂單信息和付款後,信用卡資料/支付信息可能會儲存在第三方支付服務供應商處。在法律准許的範圍內,南豐及/或其關聯方不會因 (i) 任何影響會員網上付款的失誤、延誤、中斷、中止、或限制,或(ii)  會員的銀行付款系統出現的錯誤、誤差或失靈,或(iii) 由網上付款系統引起或與之相關的任何其他事項,導致會員蒙受任何損失或損害 (包括間接及相應而生的損失) ,而承擔任何責任。
5. 成功購買後,換領券將透過確認電郵發送至會員在 NF Touch 登記的電郵地址。
每張換領券將包含一個獨特的參考號碼和二維碼。換領券受其他條款及細則約束(請瀏覽https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tnc) 。
6. 換領券只限會員本人使用。
7. 參加活動:
會員須於換領券上指明時段開始前10分鐘前到達換領地點完成登記。遲到者將被取消參與資格,南豐無責任作出任何其他安排或退款。
換領產品:
會員須於換領券上指明的日期起計30天內的上午10時至下午10時內(「換領期限」)到換領地點完成登記及領取產品。就換領期限結束後仍未領取的產品而言,會員將視為放棄其換領的權利,而在此情況下,亦將不獲安排退款。 
8. 所有換領券及產品數量有限,會以先到先得的形式購買,售完即止。
9. 換領券如有遺失則予作廢並不獲補發或退款。
10.所有手續必須根據南豐職員之指示完成。南豐職員有可能要求會員提供身份證明及/或其他個人資料(包括但不限於姓名及/或付款/信用卡資料)以用作核實換領資格、付款目的及/或作內部行政及審核目的。如會員拒絕提供所需資料,南豐保留權利拒絕為會員進行手續。會員在提供任何個人資料之前必須細閱及同意南豐的個人資料收集聲明(請瀏覽https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tc/terms-and-conditions#pics )及私隱政策(請瀏覽https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tc/terms-and-conditions#privacy_policy )。
11. 會員須確保所提供的任何資料均為正確和真實。
12.在最大限度的適用法律許可範圍內,南豐及/或其關聯方均全面拒絕承擔並否認對活動、產品及/或相關服務或與之相關的任何和所有屬任何性質的陳述、保證及/或擔保(包括但不限於適銷性、對用途的合適程度、質量、供予情況、與描述或樣品的一致性、非侵權性及/或有用性),及全面拒絕承擔任何與活動、產品及/或相關服務有關的責任。
13. 對於自然災害或南豐及/或其關聯方不能合理地控制的原因,包括但不限於互聯網故障、電腦設備故障、電訊設備故障、其他設備故障、電力故障、罷工、勞工糾紛、勞工或材料短缺、火災、水災、風災、爆炸、天災或第三者延誤或不履行責任直接或間接造成的任何延誤或失敗,南豐及/或其關聯方概不負責。
14. 活動參加者同意他們在參與活動時自擔風險 ,並須自行確保自身及同行人士 (包括子女) 的人身及財物安全,亦不可導致或允許導致任何人或他人財物造成任何危險、傷害或滋擾等。就活動引致或與活動相關的任何死亡、身體不適、傷害或財物損毀/損失(包括實際、間接、已披露、未披露、已知、未知、懷疑和未懷疑的責任、申索、索求或賠償),南豐及/或其關聯方一概不會負責,參加者需獨自承擔所有風險、責任、申索、索求及/或賠償。
15. 不論出於任何原因,所有換領券均不可退換、退款、轉讓、兌換現金或其他貨品、禮品或服務。
16. 所有圖片及描述只供參考。
17. 南豐保留隨時更改活動及/或產品價格和其他細節及不時修訂適用條款及細則之權利,無須另行通知。
18. 購買或使用換領券均代表會員及活動參加者接受此條款及細則及其他適用條款及細則。
19. 本條款及細則的中文及英文版本若有任何差異,一概以英文本為準。
20. 本條款及細則受香港特別行政區(「香港」)的法律規管,並按照香港的法律詮釋。所有有關各方同意接受香港法院的專屬司法管轄權管轄。

換領南豐紗廠五周年八達通條款及細則:
1. 會員須於換領券上指明時段開始前10分鐘前到達換領地點、出示此換領券的門票二維碼並完成登記。
2. 遲到者將被取消參與活動資格,南豐無責任作出任何其他安排或退款。
3.此換領券只能由會員本人使用及只可使用一次。
4.此換領券會於使用或逾期後自動作廢,列印本或截圖圖片恕不接受。
5.僅適用於已購買南豐紗廠五周年八達通的會員:
如會員未有於換領券上指明時段內領取南豐紗廠五周年八達通,會員仍可於換領券上指明的日期起計30天內的上午10時至下午10時內(「換領期限」)到南豐紗廠地下禮賓部出示此換領券 (必須提供參考號碼和二維碼) 並完成登記,以領取已購買的八達通。就換領期限結束後仍未領取的產品而言,會員將視為放棄其換領的權利,而在此情況下,亦將不獲安排退款。 

6. 此換領券如有遺失則予作廢並不獲補發或退款。
7.此換領券受本條款及細則、NF Touch南豐會員計劃條款及細則 及Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited、其集團公司及/或其各自的代理人(統稱「南豐」)不時所訂立之其他適用條款及細則(請瀏覽https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tnc)約束。
8. 南豐對任何換領券有絕對處置權,行使時無須給予任何事先通知或補償。
9.南豐保留權力以觸犯法律或適用條款及細則中之任何條款或其他理由取消會員的換領券。
10. 使用此換領券即代表會員及活動參加者接受本條款及細則。
11. 如有任何爭議,南豐保留最終決定權。
12. 本條款及細則的中文及英文版本若有任何差異,一概以英文本為準。
13. 本條款及細則受香港特別行政區(「香港」)的法律規管,並按照香港的法律詮釋。所有有關各方同意接受香港法院的專屬司法管轄權管轄。

 

 

“The Mills 5th Anniversary Octopus” Ticketing Terms & Conditions

  1. Each member of “NF Touch” (“Member”) may apply to purchase e-redemption ticket(s) for The Mills Tour via the NF Touch mobile app. For every purchase of an e-redemption ticket, Members may also choose to purchase a maximum of one “The Mills 5th Anniversary Octopus”. Each e-redemption ticket can be used to redeem one The Mills Tour for the pre-chosen session (the “Activity”) and, where applicable, one The Mills 5th Anniversary Octopus Card if purchased by the Member (the “Product”).
  2. Payment for an e-redemption ticket must be made by one of the prescribed electronic payment methods. Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited, any of its group companies and/or their respective agents (collectively, “Nan Fung”) may change the prescribed payment methods at any time without notice.
  3. Members shall be responsible for reviewing and confirming that all the information, including but not limited to the product(s), quantity(ies), price, time and payment information, are true, accurate and complete before making the payment. Any discounts, deductions, coupons and privileges shall be applied before making the payment. By making payment, the Member accepts that the order is correct and no request for amendment will be entertained. All fees and liabilities arising out of a purchase made under a Member’s name are the Member’s sole responsibility.
  4. All payments will be processed by third party payment service provider(s). Members agree that their credit card/payment information may be stored with third party payment service provider(s) upon confirmation of the order information and payment. To the extent permitted by law, Nan Fung and/or its affiliates will not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect and consequential loss) suffered by Members by reason of (i) any failure, delay, interruption, suspension or any other restriction affecting their online payment; (ii) any errors, malfunctions or breakdown of their bank’s payment mechanism; or (iii) any other matter arising out of, or in connection with, the online payment system.
  5. Once the transaction is completed, the e-redemption ticket(s) will be sent to the Member by way of confirmation email(s) to the email address registered by the Member with NF Touch.  Each e-redemption ticket will contain a unique reference number and QR code.  The e-redemption tickets are subject to additional terms and conditions (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tnc). 
  6. The e-redemption ticket(s) can only be used by the Member. 
  7. To participate in the Activity:
    Members must arrive at the redemption location at least 10 minutes before the commencement of the designated session set out on the e-redemption ticket for registration. Latecomers will be disqualified from participating and Nan Fung is not responsible for making any other arrangements or refund.
    To redeem the Product(s):
    Members must complete registration and collect the Product(s) at the redemption location within 30 days from the date specified on the e-redemption ticket and between the hours of 10:00a.m. and 10:00p.m. (“Redemption Period”). For Product(s) which has/ have not been collected during the Redemption Period, the Member will be deemed to have given up his/ her right for redemption. No refund will be made under such circumstances.
  8. All e-redemption tickets and Products available for purchase will be on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. 
  9. E-redemption tickets are invalid and not replaceable or refundable if lost.
  10. All procedures must be completed in accordance with the instructions of the staff of Nan Fung. The staff of Nan Fung may require Members to provide identification document(s) and/or other personal data (including but not limited to their name and/or payment/credit card information) for verification of the Member’s eligibility, payment purposes and/or for internal administrative and auditing purposes.  If a Member refuses to provide the requisite information, Nan Fung reserves the right to refuse carrying out procedures for the Member. Before providing any personal data, Members must thoroughly read and accept the Personal Information Collection Statement (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-and-conditions#pics ) and Privacy Policy (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/en/terms-and-conditions#privacy_policy) of Nan Fung.
  11. Members must ensure that any information they submit is genuine and correct.
  12. To the fullest extent as permitted under applicable laws, Nan Fung and/or its affiliates fully disclaim any and all representations, warranties and/or guarantees of any nature for or in connection with the Activity, the Products and/or related services (including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for purpose, quality, availability, correspondence to description or sample, non-infringement and/or usefulness), and fully disclaim all liability in connection with any activity, product and/or related services.
  13. In no event shall Nan Fung and/or its affiliates be held liable for any delay or default resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature or causes beyond their reasonable control including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, shortages of labour or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God or delays or non-performance by third parties.
  14. Participants of the Activity agree that their participation is at their own risk. Participants shall be responsible for their own safety and the safety of their companions (including their children) and their respective personal belongings. Participants shall not cause or permit to cause any danger, injury or nuisance, etc. to others or the property of others. Nan Fung and/or its affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for any death, illness, injury or damage/loss of property (including but not limited to liabilities, claims, demands or damages actual or consequential, disclosed or undisclosed, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected) arising from or in connection with the Activity, and the participants shall be solely responsible for all such risks, liabilities, claims, demands and/or damages.
  15. All e-redemption tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred or traded for cash, other products, gifts or services for any reason. 
  16. .All images and descriptions are for reference only.
  17. Nan Fung reserves the right to vary the price and other details of the Activity and/or the Product at any time and amend the applicable terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
  18. Purchase or use of the e-redemption tickets will be deemed to be the acceptance of these terms and conditions and other applicable terms and conditions by the Member and the participants of the Activity. 
  19. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
  20. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) and all relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

“The Mills 5th Anniversary Octopus” Redemption Terms & Conditions

  1. Members must arrive at the redemption location at least 10 minutes before the commencement of the designated session set out on the e-redemption ticket and present this e-redemption ticket QR code to complete the registration.
  2. Latecomers will be disqualified from participating in the Activity and Nan Fung is not responsible for making any other arrangements or refund.
  3. This e-redemption ticket can only be used by the Member and can only be used once.
  4. This e-redemption ticket will be forfeited automatically upon use or expiry.  Printed copies or screen shots images will not be accepted.
  5. For Members who have purchased The Mills 5th Anniversary Octopus:
    If Members have not collected The Mills 5th Anniversary Octopus within the time period specified on the e-redemption ticket, they can still collect their purchased Octopus Card(s) within 30 days from the date specified on the e-redemption ticket and between the hours of 10:00a.m. and 10:00p.m. (“Redemption Period”) by visiting G/F Concierge at The Mills, presenting this e-redemption ticket (both the reference number and QR code must be provided) and  completing registration. For product(s) which has/ have not been collected during the Redemption Period, the Member will be deemed to have given up his/ her right for redemption. No refund will be made under such circumstances.
  6. This e-redemption ticket is invalid and not replaceable or refundable if lost.
  7. This e-redemption ticket is subject to these terms and conditions, the NF Touch Membership Programme Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions prescribed by Nan Fung Loyalty Program Limited, its group companies and/or their respective agents (collectively, “Nan Fung”) from time to time (see https://www.nftouch.com.hk/tnc).
  8. Nan Fung is entitled to deal with any e-redemption ticket at its absolute discretion at any time without prior notice or compensation.  
  9. Nan Fung reserves the right to void the e-redemption tickets of any Member who is considered by Nan Fung as violating any law or any of the applicable terms and conditions or for any other reasons.
  10. Use of this e-redemption ticket will be deemed to be the acceptance of these terms and conditions by the Member and the participant of the Activity. 
  11. In case of dispute, Nan Fung reserves the right of final decision on all related matters.
  12. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
  13. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) and all relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
