2. 合資格賓客在酒店辦理入住手續時將獲得一份用於兌換優惠的特定宣傳單張﹕
   • 如欲參加導賞團，每位合資格賓客必須按照該宣傳單張上的指示，透過線上登記或親臨登記參加導賞團。
3. 導賞團實際安排由南豐紗廠營運有限公司 (「南豐紗廠」)全權酌情決定。南豐紗廠有權隨時更改、暫停或取消導賞團，恕不另行通知或給予補償。

6. 免費導賞團及紀念品必須在入住日期起2個月內兌換（「有效期限」）。優惠將於有效期限過後作廢，且不會延長。
7. 導賞團的參加者必須在導賞團開始前至少 10 分鐘到達南豐紗廠地下禮賓部。
8. 南豐紗廠職員可要求參加者提供身分證明文件、其他個人資料及/或證明文件（包括但不限於姓名），以核實其身分及資格。如果客人拒絕提供必要信息，南豐紗廠保留取消其享受優惠的資格。
9. 在提供任何個人資料之前，賓客必須仔細閱讀並接受南豐紗廠的個人資料收集聲明和私隱政策。

1. This offer is only applicable for persons who purchased The Mills Tour Staycation Package. Each The Mills Tour Staycation Package includes a complimentary “The Mills Tour” for up to two persons.
2. Eligible guests will be provided with a specific leaflet for redemption of the offer (the “Leaflet”) upon check-in at Regal Kowloon Hotel:-
   • To join “The Mills Tour”, each eligible guest must follow the instructions stated on the Leaflet to register for a session of The Mills Tour either by online registration or walk-in.
3. The actual arrangement of “The Mills Tour” is at the sole discretion of The Mills Operation Limited (“The Mills”) and The Mills shall have the right to change, suspend or cancel “The Mills Tour” at any time without notice or compensation.
4. Spaces for “The Mills Tour” and the souvenirs are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Guests are required to make their own way to The Mills. The Mills Tours are available every Saturday and Sunday at specific time slots and in different languages (Cantonese, English or Mandarin): 13:00 – 14:00, 14:30 – 15:30, 16:00 – 17:00, and 17:30 – 18:30. 6. The complimentary “The Mills Tour” and the souvenir can only be redeemed within 2 months from the date of check-in (“Validity Period”). The offer will be forfeited after the Validity Period and will not be extended.
7. Participants of “The Mills Tour” must arrive at G/F The Mills concierge at least 10 minutes before the tour begins.
8. The staff of The Mills may require participants to provide identification document(s), other personal data and/or supporting documents (including but not limited to their name) for verification of their identities and eligibility. If a guest refuses to provide the requisite information, The Mills reserves the right to disqualify the person from enjoying the offer.
9. Before providing any personal data, guests must thoroughly read and accept the Personal Information Collection Statement and Privacy Policy of The Mills.
10. To the fullest extent as permitted under applicable laws, The Mills and/or its affiliates do not give any representations, warranties and/or guarantees for or in connection with The Mills Tour (including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for purpose, quality, availability, correspondence to description or sample and/or usefulness), and fully disclaim all liability in connection therewith.
11. Registration for the complimentary “The Mills Tour”, participation in the tour or redemption of a souvenir shall be deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions by the guest.
12. In case of any disputes, The Mills reserves the right of final decision.
13. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
14. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) and all relevant parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
