‘TECHSTYLE Series’ is a unique platform aiming to explore the potential of textile in arts and culture, and its relation to the production of subjectivities and social relations. The inaugural edition highlighted the subject of women and technology. 2.1 Discussion Forum will gather a wide range of internationally renowned expertise to discuss textile intervention of communities within contemporary living, and examine the value and impact that textiles, and its related production, can bring to neighbourhoods.
