The Mills Farmer Market is back!

Fresh ingredients are no doubt the key of making a delicious dish.

But how to choose the right vegetables?  When everyone talks about vegetables-in-season, do you know which vegetables is in season? Let’s talk to local farmers!

The Mills connects with Sustainable Ecological Ethical Development Foundation (SEED) inviting a group of local farmers to hold a farm-produce market this weekend!  Participants can explore the diverse and different uses of farm produce, they can learn from farmers on how to pick the best crops and to understand the importance of consume seasonally.

This weekend, we have fresh fruits and vegetables from Melon.flower and 樂樂菜檔 also locally made food ,such as Dumplings from chius Farm, Cookies from Insitu, homemade sauce from 本地農舍 and Yi O Agricultural Cooperation Ltd. Last but not least, Jockey Club Field So Good Community Composting Programme will also be here to collect coffee grounds as compose, you are welcome to bring your coffee grounds!
