Weaving a new wellness fabric for the city!

In the new year, The Mills still cares about everyone’s physical and mental health, so we have prepared a series of yoga experiences for everyone to find balance in our daily lives and start the new year in a unique way!

Every Saturday in January, we will hold four outdoor yoga sessions with different themes, where you can practice yoga with our yoga instructor, Cherry Chu, on the rooftop of The Mills. These sessions will allow us to slow down in the busy city, connect with our bodies and minds, and find inner peace while enjoying a relaxing morning.
